Sean’s curiosity about different cultures first took shape through music, where he immersed himself in a variety of styles and performances. That same curiosity eventually led him to the kitchen, discovering that food offered another way to connect with people and traditions. Chicago’s rich culinary scene became the perfect place to begin this journey.
Starting out as a dishwasher, Sean worked his way through every station with persistence and patience, eventually gaining the skills to step into leadership roles. Over the next decade, he had the opportunity to train under and work alongside some of Chicago’s top culinary talent, honing his craft and broadening his perspective. His career later took him to different regions of the country, where he explored new techniques and flavors while growing as a chef. Today, Sean feels grateful to channel that experience into the business he and his wife, Donna, built together.
Sean and Donna first met in 2021 through their shared love of music, a connection that quickly grew into something deeper. They were married in 2023 and soon after combined their talents to launch their business. Donna brings creativity, organization, and a passion for hospitality that perfectly complements Sean’s culinary expertise. Together, they’ve built more than just a kitchen—they’ve created a space rooted in collaboration, community, and care. Every dish reflects their shared belief that food made with love has the power to bring people together.
